Parking
Parking is paid 20 PLN per day, the car can be left overnight without additional charge and then the total amount to pay upon departure will be 40 PLN. You take a parking ticket upon entry, which must be paid at the ticket office located in the parking lot just before departure.

Security Rules
Qualified security and medical services are present on-site 24 hours a day to ensure your safety.
Alcohol Ban
There is a strict ban on bringing your own alcoholic beverages to the event area.
Weapon Verification
Convention weapons and cosplay replicas must be verified at the accreditation point.
Quick Response
In case of emergencies, immediately report to the nearest volunteer or medical patrol.
GETTING TO KRAKOW
Car
You can get to Krakow by car. Parking is available at the TAURON Arena Krakow. Remember to travel ecologically, take your friends with you.
Airplane
You can fly to Krakow from several regional cities. The journey by public transport from the airport to TAURON Arena Krakow takes about 1 hour.
Train
You can get to Krakow by train from most Polish cities. To efficiently reach TAURON Arena Krakow, we recommend getting off at the Kraków Główny station. The journey from the station by public transport takes about 30 minutes.
Bus
You can get to Krakow by bus from almost all major cities in Poland. To efficiently reach TAURON Arena Krakow, we recommend getting off at the MDA Bus Station in Krakow. The journey from the station by public transport takes about 30 minutes.

TAURON Arena Krakow is well connected by bicycle paths with other parts of the city, so you can efficiently get there by bike. There are bicycle racks in front of the venue. You can use the WAVELO city bikes.
Taxi
If you have trouble finding your way in the urban space, you can use the services of private transport companies. They will take you right to the doors of TAURON Arena Krakow.

Basic Concepts
Wristband
By receiving a wristband at the entrance, you officially become a participant of Ryucon and it is your proof of entry.
Accreditation
This is nothing more than the convention entrance, where tickets are checked and badges and wristbands are issued to participants.
Program Attractions
Panel / Lecture
A form of open lecture for a wide audience, during which the speaker presents a selected topic from their field.
Workshop
Practical classes. You empirically learn skills under the eye of an expert (e.g., origami, creating cosplay costumes) and tools and techniques.
Show
Presenting skills in front of an audience (e.g., martial arts show, tea brewing ceremony).
Competition
Competition in which you can often win convention points exchangeable for very attractive prizes.
Cosplay Competition
A type of artistic show. Cosplayers take on fictional characters (from anime, comics, games) in hand-made costumes.
Console & Rhythm Games
Equipment zones where you can play console games or arcade rhythm games with friends.
Who creates all this?
Helpers, orgs, medics... a beginner convention goer might get dizzy from the array of convention staff names. Who to turn to for help?
Organizer (Org)
Works on creating the convention long before it is announced. They have a lot of work and are busy, so if nothing serious has happened, try not to bother them on the run.
Helper
A volunteer helping during the event (cleaning, information, accreditation). If you have a problem or a question, this is the first person you should hit up!
Medic
Qualified convention medical staff. They will help you in case of any accident, fainting or cut.
Security
People dealing with security. Listen to their instructions and show your wristband upon request. Report dangerous incidents to them.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the number of places limited?
No, the number of participants is not limited in any way.
How old do I have to be to attend the event?
There is no age limit for participants, everyone can find something for themselves. However, minors must have parental consent to participate.
Will tickets be available on site?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase both online and at the ticket offices at the entrance to the event area.
Can I leave and re-enter during the day?
Yes, after receiving the participant wristband at accreditation, you can freely leave and return to the event area.
Can I come with a child?
Yes, the convention is a family event! Children under 6 can enter for free under the care of an adult.
Can I bring a pet?
For the safety and comfort of both participants and the animal, pets should stay at home. Assistance dogs are an exception.
Can I come in a costume (cosplay) if I'm not participating in the competition?
Of course! We encourage you to come in costumes of all kinds. Just remember to check the regulations regarding props (e.g., weapon replicas).
Will there be an ATM or card payment on site?
Most stands accept card payments, but we advise you to also have cash with you - especially at smaller exhibitors or in case of network coverage problems.
What are convention points?
In competitions organized during the event, you can earn points, which can be exchanged at our convention stand for physical prizes.
Will there be an autograph or guest meeting zone?
Yes, we are planning meetings with invited guests. Details and schedule can be found in the official event program.
