Meet the extraordinary creators, cosplayers, speakers, and artists who will grace this year's edition of the festival. Check the schedule of their program items and find out where you can high-five them!
Projekt Holocron, operating continuously since 2015, is a unique place on the Polish pop culture map, where Disney's canon seamlessly intertwines with Legends. It's a virtual encyclopedia created from uncompromising passion...
...serving as a reference point for both new viewers and veterans of the galaxy far, far away.
Grzegorz "Dakann" Barański - founder of Holocron and the main creator of the channel. Describing himself as a "dinosaur of the Polish internet", he has been analyzing George Lucas's saga for decades, building one of the most engaged communities in the country around it. His substantive knowledge and distance to pop culture reality have become the foundation of the project's success.
Dominik Pajewski - music journalist, vocalist of the band Gorgonzolla, and a devoted Star Wars enthusiast. He joined the crew at the end of 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and journalistic integrity to the Holocron universe.
Together they host the HoloTalk podcast, where they uncompromisingly review the latest Disney productions, analyze trends, and discuss broadly understood pop culture.
During Ryucon, Grzegorz and Dominik invite you to an interactive panel in the form of a live podcast with audience participation, and to meet them at the Guest Corner!

Tytanowy Cast is a duo that delves into places most people prefer to avoid. Tytanowy and Treflu have been exploring the forgotten corners of pop culture for years - old cassettes, urban legends, internet absurdities, and stories that leave you wondering, 'What on earth did I just watch?'.
Their podcast grew out of a need to share all those strange, often forgotten elements of culture that circulate somewhere outside the mainstream. Over time, it has become a space for conversations about nostalgia for the 90s and 2000s, 'B-list' phenomena, and content that simultaneously entertains, intrigues and leaves you feeling slightly unsatisfied… or uneasy.
They don’t try to be an encyclopaedia of knowledge or 'armchair experts' - their strength lies in their authenticity. They chat as if with friends, without filters or pretension, so listeners quickly feel part of the conversation. It is precisely this laid-back vibe, combined with a keen sense of the atmosphere, that makes Tytanowy Cast appeal to people who like to venture where the internet becomes a little more… unconventional.
During Ryucon, together with Dama Kier, they will host a series of panels dedicated to internet culture and phenomena that often exist somewhere on its fringes.

Dama Kier is an online creator and author who has been exploring the darker sides of the internet and human nature for years. In her work, she does not shy away from difficult topics - instead, she seeks to understand them and break them down into their constituent parts, analysing the mechanisms behind what simultaneously captures our attention and makes us feel uncomfortable.
Her work focuses on phenomena such as violence, pathologies and dysfunctional relationships, which often take on non-obvious forms in the online world. She is interested not only in what we see on the surface, but above all in why such content is created in the first place and why it is able to engage such a large audience.
In late 2025, she published the book The House of Euphoria, in which she explores her interests in topics at the intersection of psychology and the darker aspects of reality. At the same time, alongside Tytanowy Cast, she is involved in educational activities - leading meetings and lectures on phenomena present on the internet and their impact on audiences.
At Ryucon, together with Tytanowy Cast, she will lead panels which, in an accessible, conversational style, will introduce participants to the less obvious facets of internet culture.

Lynx is a cosplayer with over ten years’ experience who has been proving for years that good cosplay starts with passion… and ends with “just one more tweak at 3am”. You’ll most often associate her with striking warrior designs, meticulously crafted armour and costumes where every detail has its place.
In 2025, she represented Poland at the International Cosplay League finals in the Solo category, giving her a perfect understanding of both the emotions of the stage and the perspective of a judge evaluating costumes from the inside. Her cosplays combine craftsmanship, a sense of form and immense attention to detail, and Lynx herself has been keen to share her knowledge on social media and in materials showcasing the costume-making process for years.
Aside from cosplay, she also works in painting and art conservation as @annarottau. On a daily basis, she works with art and teaches students at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts how to work with copies of old masters, so… yes, your stitching, finishes and painting will be under a truly expert eye.
At Ryucon, Lynx will join the jury of the International Cosplay League, where she will judge participants competing for a trip to Spain. You’ll also meet her in the Cosplay Corner, where there’ll be a chance to chat about craftsmanship, competitions and everything that makes cosplay stop being ‘just a hobby’ and start feeling like a full-blown dragon obsession. 🐉

Nethi is a cosplayer of the new generation who has very quickly proven that creativity, a technical approach and a touch of crafty madness can take you a long way. Since 2023, he has been developing his projects, combining cosplay with 3D printing, electronics, prop-making and stage presentation.
What he values most is the moment when an idea saved on a phone screen begins to truly exist - glowing, moving and looking as if it has been pulled straight out of a game or film.
In 2025, he represented Poland at the International Cosplay League finals in Madrid - one of the largest international cosplay competitions organised by Japan Weekend.
His projects show that modern cosplay increasingly resembles a small special effects laboratory. Printed elements, electronics, hand-built props and refined details are not just extras for him, but a natural part of the creative process. And he definitely belongs to those people who, instead of saying “that’s enough”… add yet more glowing elements.
At Ryucon, you’ll meet him and his partner at the Cosplay Corner, where you’ll have the chance to chat about crafting, cosplay competitions, the technical aspects of costume-making, and the journey from his first projects to representing Poland on the international stage.

AsgardianFraud is a cosplayer and presenter whom many convention-goers recognise more by her voice than by her badge. For years, she has been active both on stage and behind the scenes - as a contestant, judge, presenter, and someone who knows all too well the chaos, stress and adrenaline associated with cosplay performances.
Her projects have been awarded and recognised at events including PGA, Magnificon and Mokon, and she herself has qualified for the finals of prestigious competitions such as the International Cosplay League and Extreme Cosplay Gathering. At the same time, she has been co-creating the biggest cosplay events in Poland for years - some participants may recognise her from hosting the Pyrkon Masquerade or previous editions of Ryucon.
AsgardianFraud is known for her immense stage energy, sharp wit and ability to turn a cosplay competition into a full-fledged show. As she herself says - whether she’s standing in front of the stage, on stage or behind the scenes, she always has something to say.
During Ryucon, she will host the Ryucon Cosplay Dragons, International Cosplay League and Debut contests. Offstage, you’ll also find her at her own stand on Level A, where you can pick up prints, chat about cosplay, contests and the backstage of stage events, or simply get to know the person who has seen more cosplay crises than many an organiser.

Jinx is a cosplayer who has been part of the cosplay scene since 2019; she’s most in her element where the idea of ‘doing something simple’ ends and the full-blown convention grind begins. She feels a particular affinity for the world of League of Legends - she is actively involved in Project:League, one of the largest initiatives creating attractions inspired by the LoL universe at Polish conventions.
In 2025, she was named Runner-up in the Polish qualifiers for the World Cosplay Summit - one of the most prestigious cosplay competitions in the world. Thanks to this, she is well acquainted with both the excitement of stage performances and the stress of finalising a costume literally moments before stepping onto the stage.
At Ryucon, she will join the jury for the Debut competition, where she will judge the first steps of new cosplayers embarking on their stage adventure. You’ll also be able to meet her during the Meet & Greet at the Cosplay Corner on Friday - the perfect place to chat about cosplay, League of Legends, and all those projects that start with “this will be a quick cosplay” and end in days of crafting chaos.

Kumi, also known to some participants as Piecyk, has been involved in cosplay since 2014 and has been developing her skills in costume design, sewing and stage craft for years. Although cosplay began for her as a form of creative outlet, it quickly became an important part of her daily life and a space to combine her passion for costumes, art and the stage.
She feels most at home working with sewing, her own garment construction, EVA foam and resin casts. When choosing a character, she is guided primarily by the design, her emotional attachment to the characters, and the visual potential of the project. Her achievements include second place at Magnificon Winter for her Melinoe cosplay from the game Hades II and first place for the best cosplay scene at the Tsuru convention.
Outside the cosplay scene, she is also professionally involved in costume design and set design. She is a graduate of the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań, where she specialises in theatrical costume design. She has collaborated on student productions and designed and made costumes for the opera “Cosi Fan Tutte” staged at the Polish Dance Theatre in Poznań.
In her spare time, she is fascinated by the history of clothing and sewing - particularly the aesthetics of the Belle Époque and the Edwardian era. She is also interested in singing, plays the violin from time to time, and spends far too much time playing computer games.
During Ryucon, Kumi will join the jury for the Debut competition and will also appear at the Meet & Greet in the Cosplay Corner, where you’ll be able to chat with her about cosplay, costume design and everything that starts with ‘I’ll make a simple outfit’ and ends with weeks of crafting.

In 2025, at Ryucon, she qualified for the finals of the International Cosplay League, marking the start of her journey on the international cosplay scene. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated her talent at both Polish and international cosplay competitions.
