This is Tul, a cosplayer and photographer in one. This year I have the honor of judging your debuts at the cosplay competition.
The cosplay competition is my favorite part of every convention, and I pay the most attention to the precision of the costume and compliance with the refka. I also like to be surprised by scenes and have fun with them.
I am a photographer by profession, I have won several photography and cosplay awards and I am a member of Project: League.
